The artists work will cover scaffolding. The exhibition is a reaction to the form of sensory adaptation that debilitates aesthetic recognition through ignorance of scaffolding and industrial equipment on the sidewalks. “A Closer NY” encourages the audience to seek beauty in imperfections.
