Center of Remember and Sharing (CRS) is a community space for art and healing founded in 2004. It is the first and only healing and cultural center in Manhattan devoted to promoting the study and practice of A Course in Miracles (ACIM) and A Course of Love (ACOL).  We offer meditations, healing clinics, classes, healing circles (usually the 3rd Thursday night of the month), and many other special events.

CRS offers studio space suitable for dance or performance and a curated rental program for visual artists.

Access to Space and Resources

Visual Arts / Curated Rental Program

CRS offers the Curated Rental Program to visual artists who are interested in having their work displayed in their second-floor lobby. Admission into the program is based upon review. The fee for renting the exhibition space is $600. Exhibitions typically last one to two months.

CRS works closely with the visual artists in curating pieces focused on themes miracles & spirituality, nature, women’s/human rights, parenting, or the creative process. Most of the artists selected are connected to CRS community with a range of experience in the art world.

CRS does not attempt to sell artwork on exhibit; however, exhibited artists are free to sell directly to patrons. CRS offers participating artists the opportunity to hold an opening reception, usually on a Saturday from 6 – 8 pm, depending on availability. They ask that the artist cover the cost of using the three spaces on the 2nd FL, which is $115/hr. The artist is responsible for providing any beverages or snacks he/she wishes to serve at the opening reception. Artists are responsible for hanging their show by themselves and must provide before the opening a catalog/price list, bio, and artist statement for display during the exhibition. At the end of the exhibition, the artist is responsible for removing the artwork along with repair.

If you are interested in applying for the program, email with a link to your portfolio, or jpeg files of several images, as well as your bio, resume, and artist statement. Please make sure to make clear what kind of work you want to show in this exhibition and why.
