FABnyc rents space to organizations and programs who work alignment with our mission and values.
Our rental rates are based on the space you wish to use, the size and complexity of your event, the staffing required by the event, and the type of event and/or organization making the request. Proceeds from space rentals go towards sustaining FAB’s community arts programs in the Lower East Side.

Space Details
First floor theater: Seats 65 max; 74 person capacity limit; 22′ wide x 58′ long with fixed platforms for seating; playing area 22′ wide x 36′ long; height to grid 11′; theatrical lighting system, work lights, two large windows with black out shades, floor is painted masonite over plywood and padding. Theater adjoins a large lobby and two all gender restrooms, drinking fountains. First floor is accessed by elevator or stairs, theater and one restroom are ADA accessible.
Second floor studio: 74 person capacity, 22′ wide x 60′ long x 11′ high; sprung wood dance floor, white walls, dimmable lighting, five large windows. Studio adjoins two all gender restrooms. Studio and one restroom are ADA compliant including walk in shower. Hallway with drinking fountain. Access via elevator or stairs.
