Step inside La MaMa’s legendary East Village spaces and discover more than six decades of experimental theatre history through Archive Tours and Theatre Space Tours filled with stories, artifacts, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of 66 and 74 East 4th Street. Along the way, complete a fun fill-in-the-blank activity for a chance to win free show tickets, then stop by our outdoor table to learn what’s coming up in La MaMa’s 65th Season.
La MaMa’s 65th Anniversary Block Party “Art for Healing. Food for Healing” will celebrate the shared power of art and food to heal, build understanding, and transform our communities together. Throughout the afternoon, there will be performances, workshops, art installations, local food, music, dancing, family fun activities, live interactions with our global network of artists, and more. All activities are free and open to the public.
