In this interactive workshop, cultural preservationist Djali Brown-Cepeda, founder of NuevaYorkinos, will guide participants through the practice of storytelling, oral history, and family archiving. Visitors will reflect on the meaning of home, write their own stories, and learn hands-on methods for preserving photographs, ephemera, and personal histories. Participants are encouraged to bring family photo albums, a notebook or laptop, and an external hard drive to begin building their own family archive.

The Clemente Soto Vélez Cultural and Educational Center Inc.
