La Tribu: A powerful South American music collective rooted in community, groove, and the joy of shared heritage. Born from a monthly jam among friends, it has grown into a vibrant musical force blending the earthy pulse of Uruguayan candombe with the hypnotic drive of Argentina’s chacarera.
In 2025, the group recorded its first EP, featuring two original compositions alongside a fresh rendition of a tango-candombe by Juan Carlos Cáceres. A project that captures both their contemporary voice and deep respect for
tradition.
