About

We are artists, organizers, and planners working to sustain, preserve, and grow the cultural vibrancy of the Lower East Side neighborhood.

Founded in 2001 by cultural and community organizations on East 4th Street to collectively fight their displacement, FAB serves as a cultural partner in addressing community issues from 14th Street to Canal, Bowery to the East River.
